Sprouthouse Accounting Integration End User License Agreement

Effective Date: August 21, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs use of the Sprouthouse Accounting Integration (“Integration”), an internal software integration operated by Sprouthouse.

1. Internal Business Use
The Integration is intended solely for authorized Sprouthouse personnel and is used to connect, retrieve, analyze, and manage business information associated with Sprouthouse operations, including accounting information from QuickBooks Online.

2. Limited License
Sprouthouse grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Integration solely for legitimate Sprouthouse business purposes. No ownership rights in the Integration or its underlying software are transferred to users.

3. Third-Party Services
The Integration may connect with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and other Intuit services. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies. Sprouthouse is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.

4. Data and Privacy
The Integration may access business and accounting information necessary to perform its authorized functions. Information is handled in accordance with the Sprouthouse Privacy Policy. The Integration is not intended to sell personal information or provide third parties with access to Sprouthouse accounting data except as necessary to operate authorized connected services.

5. Authorized Use
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Integration, connected accounts, credentials, or business information, or use the Integration for unlawful purposes.

6. No Professional Advice
Information, classifications, analyses, or recommendations produced through the Integration are tools for business operations and do not constitute independent legal, tax, or accounting advice.

7. Availability and Disclaimer
The Integration is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sprouthouse does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every automated analysis or classification will be error-free.

8. Termination
Sprouthouse may restrict or terminate access to the Integration at any time, including when a user is no longer authorized to access Sprouthouse systems.

9. Changes
Sprouthouse may update this Agreement as the Integration or its connected services evolve.
