At Sprouthouse, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Because many of our products are produced in limited runs, offered as preorders, or released through early-access launches, certain items may be final sale as noted at checkout.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.
To request assistance, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sprouthousegardens.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
If approved, we may offer a replacement product, replacement part, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.
Approved refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Preorders, Kickstarter pledges, and early-access purchases reserve inventory from limited production runs. These orders may be canceled for a full refund until they enter production preparation, fulfillment processing, or shipment planning. Once an order reaches that stage, it becomes non-refundable except if the product is never fulfilled, arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.
By placing a preorder or backing a campaign, you acknowledge that fulfillment timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, or logistics factors. If timelines materially change, we will communicate updates by email.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. If you placed an order in error, contact us immediately at info@sprouthousegardens.com and we will do our best to help before processing begins.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used items
- Altered items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Orders canceled after production preparation or fulfillment processing has begun (except as stated above)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or we instruct otherwise.
