Sprouthouse currently ships within the United States and Canada. Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Preorders, Kickstarter pledges, and early-access items ship according to the estimated fulfillment timeline shown at the time of purchase. These timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, production scheduling, customs clearance, or fulfillment factors.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on destination, order size, and promotional offers when applicable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where required by law or if we made an error with the shipment.
Sprouthouse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Sprouthouse is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later lost or stolen. If you believe a package was lost in transit, contact us at info@sprouthousegardens.com and we will assist where possible.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
For preorder and Kickstarter customers, shipping timelines are estimates. If timelines materially change, we will provide updates by email.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@sprouthousegardens.com with your order number and photos so we can help.
International shipping outside the United States and Canada may be added in the future.
